What is midlife mindset coaching?
Midlife mindset coaching helps you navigate the emotional, mental, physical and circumstantial changes that often occur during this time. My tailored approach focuses on clarifying your goals, shifting unhelpful thought patterns and realigning your life with your core values. Whether you’re experiencing life transitions, seeking personal growth or wanting to rediscover your purpose, coaching provides the guidance and support you need.
Is coaching a good fit if I’ve never tried it before?
Coaching is suitable for both newcomers and those familiar with personal development. I adapt my approach to meet you where you are, creating a collaborative process that ensures you feel comfortable and supported as we work towards your goals. We begin with a free chemistry call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see if coaching with me feels right for you before committing to the process.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
While both coaching and therapy offer support, they focus on different areas. Therapy typically addresses emotional pain from the past, mental health issues and trauma recovery. Coaching is generally more future-oriented and action-focused. As your coach, I’ll help you identify and achieve your goals and work on shifting limiting beliefs and releasing negative emotions. If you’re dealing with unresolved trauma or mental health concerns, specialised therapy might be more suitable.
What if I don’t have a specific goal in mind?
Many women I work with begin without a clear goal and that’s absolutely fine. A key outcome of our work together is gaining clarity. We’ll explore your values, uncover limiting beliefs and rediscover your inner magic—enabling you to move toward a future that aligns with who you are now.
What does a typical coaching package include?
Each coaching package starts with a preliminary questionnaire to help identify your current situation and focus areas. We will discuss this during your free chemistry call to determine the right package for you, without any pressure to make a decision at that time. Depending on your chosen package, you’ll have several 1:1 coaching sessions lasting between one and two hours each, with shorter follow-up sessions if needed. Between sessions, you’ll receive customised tasks and a personalised hypnotherapy recording (if appropriate).
What coaching methods do you use?
My holistic and integrative approach incorporates a range of advanced methods to address both conscious thoughts and deeper subconscious patterns. These methods may include:
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): This technique identifies and shifts limiting beliefs or habits by changing how you communicate with yourself and others. It helps reframe negative thought patterns, aligning your mindset with your goals.
- Hypnotherapy: A gentle, guided process that allows access to a deeply relaxed state, making the subconscious more receptive to positive suggestions. It can reduce anxiety, boost motivation and shift deep-seated, unhelpful beliefs. I may provide personalised audio recordings for reinforcement between sessions.
- Time Line Therapy®: This technique releases negative emotions or limiting beliefs from the past, helping you let go of unresolved issues that may be holding you back.
- Positive psychology: I focus on building strengths and fostering a positive mindset essential for personal growth and happiness.
- Neuroscience: Insights from neuroscience ensure my methods align with how clients naturally learn and adapt.
- Other methods: I also incorporate guided relaxation exercises, visualisations and reflective journaling to ensure a holistic coaching experience tailored to your unique needs.
By addressing both conscious and subconscious levels, these methods enable rapid changes in beliefs, habits and emotional states. You’ll reframe old patterns, release emotional blocks and pave the way for real progress, enabling you to create your magical midlife with clarity and confidence.
What should I expect from a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are 1:1, typically conducted over Zoom, lasting between one and two hours. We’ll focus on specific areas based on your desired goals and you’ll leave each session with clear action steps and tasks to work on in between sessions.
What kind of support do I receive between sessions?
Between sessions, I’m available via email or voice messaging for ongoing support. You’ll also receive personalised tasks, such as journaling prompts, to help integrate our work into your daily life, maintaining momentum and ensuring continuous progress.
How long does the coaching process take?
The duration of the coaching process depends on your goals, preferences and session frequency. I offer shorter, focused packages like the Momentum Boost, ideally completed within six weeks, as well as more in-depth packages for those seeking deeper transformation. I recommend meeting every two weeks to allow time for implementation and integration between sessions. On the longer packages, sessions will be scheduled approximately once a month. After completing a package, ongoing coaching is available for continued support and accountability.
How long does it take to see results from coaching?
The timeline for results varies. Some clients experience shifts after just one session, particularly when addressing a focused issue. For deeper transformation, it may take several weeks or months. However, you should start feeling more empowered and clear about your direction within the first few weeks.
Can coaching really create lasting change?
Yes, coaching is designed to nurture meaningful, lasting change. By addressing both the practical and emotional aspects of your life and combining conscious strategies with deeper mindset work, you can transform your thinking, behaviours and habits in a way that lasts. Many women I’ve worked with experience profound transformations that continue beyond our sessions.
Do you offer customised coaching packages?
Yes, all my packages can be tailored to your needs. For example, if you choose the Momentum Boost package but don’t have a specific goal, we can focus on exploring your values or addressing other areas. Ongoing coaching is also available after completing a package if you would like regular sessions for further growth and accountability.
How much does coaching cost?
My packages vary based on their depth and duration. For example, the Momentum Boost package is priced at £399, while more comprehensive packages, such as Inner Magic and Mindset Transformation, cost £999 and £2499, respectively. Payment plans are available upon request to help make the investment more manageable.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time and energy commitment involved in coaching, I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions. However, I provide a free chemistry call to help you see if we’re a good fit together and ensure you feel comfortable with the process before committing to a package.
What level of commitment is expected from me?
Your success in coaching is closely tied to your commitment. I will guide and support you, but lasting change requires full engagement in the process, completion of tasks between sessions and openness to the shifts that arise. Accountability and active participation are essential to achieve the best results.
What if I’m too busy to commit to coaching right now?
I understand that life can be hectic, especially during midlife when you might be juggling family, work and other responsibilities. That’s why I offer flexible coaching sessions in the evenings and weekends, making it easier to fit them into your schedule. Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future, and this commitment can help you overcome feelings of overwhelm.
Is coaching confidential?
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our coaching relationship, and I take it very seriously to ensure you feel safe throughout the process. Everything we discuss during our coaching sessions is completely confidential. You can share your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgement.
What kind of results can I expect from coaching with you?

This gives me a deep understanding of the challenges many midlife women face.
